Why not just scale your current one into the layout of the new one? i already have the new layout, im not anyone special so how don't you?

I Already tried to scale it down and it looks all messed up

Try deleting the space around what you want as the cover and saving it then it should ask you to scale the transparent stuff or something.

I would do it for you mate but I would ask for 2$ just because of the time it takes me and to make it look good for your channel.
