Hey guys. I first became interested in GFX in 2010, but didn't start until August 2011. Since then I've been learning extensively however with school and what not eating up most of my time, there were several month gaps since then which have led me to not progressing as much as I would have originally liked to. My first sense of progress

Had a 5 month break
and came back with this:

I started to become SLIGHTLY knowledgable about lighting and depth.

My typography remained horrid. However I did become more aware of flow:

Started to become experimental with styles

My first taste of Cinema 4

My typography got SLIGHTLY better and better flow and colour balance.

when I first started I had the creativity of a tea spoon however as time passed I noticed my pieces becoming more and more dynamic. You don't need to be overly creative to succeed just have to make it appealing. Sometimes less is more And thank you for those kind words :love:
