Here is what I did to re-create it:
I started out by creating the basic background shape (a rectangular shape)
Then I created a pattern (not giving out details) to match the original images
After that I created the reflection looking shape using the marquee tool and added a clipping mask to keep it inside the original background shape
Then I found out the font name (Thank you to RGB) and added the text and centered it (tried my best to)

wonder if you can recreate something a little harder.
