I know this may not be the correct section, but I just wanted to share with you my favourite picture that I have taken and edited on Photoshop.

But first, I'll explain the reason for it.
I study Creative Media Production at College and I chose to do this, because they offered Photography lessons. Photography is something that I find fascinating, it captures a moment in life. Moments can't be relived, ever. But it's always nice to have a reminder. Smile
Anyway, I knew nothing about the technical side of cameras, as I had a "point-and-shoot" Nikon.
During this course (I've been attending roughly for 3 months now) I've learnt a lot. Both on the technical side of Cameras (How to use them, change them etc) and on the end product side (Photoshop techniques).
Now, I'm not the best in the world, but this photograph (to me) is my best.

Here's the photo:

Camera Settings were:

  • 1600 ISO
  • F/5.6
  • Shutter Speed 1/100s

Photoshop Filters etc Used:

  • Black and White
  • Posterise
  • Levels
  • Curves

I'm open to any criticism as it will motivate me towards improving (which I plan to do anyway).

Also, if you take photographs, feel free to attach some examples into your replies.
I'll enjoy looking forward to some inspiration. Smile
