I'm not liking the red c4d too much, and your border looks weird. Make sure the layer with the border is above every other layer. Other than that its pretty good though.
Also, try blur/smudge the back of the car a little. It makes it look like it is going fast.

hmm looks good for first try but next time try to blend in effects and when putting text try to put all text close to each other not all over the place other than that 3/5 for first try Smile KIU man

If this is your first, and all those other sigs are your newer ones.... I have a hard time believing you made this. Sorry, but it's too good to be your first, when your newer ones are worse.

If this is really your first sig then it's a 4/5.
I mean there is alot that can be done to it but for a first it's impressive.
