i dont believe u made it. first of all im sure if you wouldve made it the text wouldve been much better. second, there would be a huge white background. looks like you used paint.. to me all u did was find someones sig bring it up in paint. slapped some text over it. and claimed it as ur own. prove to me that u made it.
