What exactly do you mean?Like...you wanna put a picture in your sig or you just wanna post the sig on these forums?

EDIT:Ok i see what you wanna do is upload your signature to this website: tinypic.com and copy the url to here.

okay well right now what you have is the location of the pic. The only problem is that what you have is the location of the pic IN YOUR PC. So what I would suggest is go to this site. You must login or register to view this content.
then choose the photo and upload it. After it's uploaded, there will be about three boxes that will all have html's in them. Then just copy and paste the URL from the second box down, into your sig slot.

Another method is to pic a URL of any pic and put [img](your URL here)[/img] and it should show up
