It's too big, the effects are not that great, very lq and very plain.
Sorry for seeming harsh but maybe look at some tuts.

I didn't really wan't to make it colorful seeming as the render I am using.
It isn't low quality, I made the effect look old using a texture.
"Look at some tuts" I do, this is like my 3rd sig I have mad.

Well if you can't take what people say with a grain of salt then don't ask for peoples opinion.
