I second what he said.
The text does not match and looks extremely rigged / hard to see.

the first one is terrible 1/5

the 2nd one i actually like... its colorful and pretty 3/5

wtf people, idc what people say im my opionion there both great the 2nd one is probably the best, ask everyone who wrote "1/10 2/10" etc.. to do better doubt it.

Well just like you have your opinion we also have our opinions and like you dont care we also dont care on what you wrote.

1st : 2/10 plain and colors dont match
2nd: 4/10 for your creativity
You do need to look at some tuts like everyone else said :/

With a sig like yours you would think they are great.

They need alot of work.
On the top one the colors are a total clash IMO.
On the left of the head and the right shoulder you can see red spots in the render.
Needs alot of blending and maybe some color adjstments and a gradiant layer.

Sig two is better then the first.
Although I would suggest reading some tuts so you can work on blending, flow, lighting, etc.

Keep at it though and don't get mad about negative feedback, we have all been there.
