Anyways, I'm looking for someone who can do me a YouTube Banner & Video Overlay. Money is not an issue. I am willing to pay big, BUT you MUST have a lot of experience in GFX and MUST show me some of your work. I want someone who can make a professional effort making this. If you are a experienced designer, contact me via Skype. I have some ideas of what type of theme im looking for, so that's also not a problem.

EDIT: So I have been getting a lot of people saying they can do it etc. Please note that I WILL NOT PAY Until I have seen / approved the design. This should stop all these little scammers.
