Not bad at all for 2 weeks into GFX.
Few pointers.
1. Don't smudge his head
2. Brighten the sig a little cause the render is way too dark
3. On the left smudge it's really dark and not much definition like the other smudging. What I would do is use the eyedropper tool and get a lighter brown from the sig. Use a soft brush and just give like 3 clicks in the middle of the dark. Then smudge that around in it to make it look better and flow better.
Few pointers.
