If your looking for a real Heartbeat sensor attachment, like something from Modern Warfare 2. Then you will never find one. Because a Heartbeat Sensor gun attachment doesn't actually exist. Thermal and or some kind of Heat Sensor like it would be closest thing to it though.

Needs to be cleaned up a bit on the edges but thought I would post it anyways for you hope it helps
