Well you have not specified which mobile you are usiing or for which mobile you have this problem ?.
From what i have seen, its almost completely the same as Tocco, it has a spin animation into the menu and the fading effect etc.
I highly recommend joe's amazing Vtocco, it is pretty much a copy of the f480, it just lacks the fading.
