If they have Sim Cards you can unlock the phone to work on any network I know that. CDMA phones (Phones without/internal [non-removeable] sim cards) cannot do this.

As for hacking the Blackberry and/or Android Market, not possible....yet.

You can do that to the App Store on the iPhone, but not to those other two markets.

Getting free Internet...I doubt that's possible. They would see you'd be using Data and charge you for it, not to mention they'd probably question how you got it.
