It says IM for blackberry.

Can someone explain to me if I get BBM on this plan? I don't know if the IM is the BBM that all my friends have.

I think BBM is a data thing, so I think that Social Networking and IM wouldn't cover it, but I wouldn't take my word for it, I deleted it because I only have the basics (just calling and texting.)

BB messaging is like MSN strictly between Blackberry users.

I have one...not many of my friends have them but it is nice.

I have a Curve 2 phone and i love it.

Blackberry messenger is pointless.. If you have the unlimited data plan you might as well just text..

Another question.. The guy at rogers said "I need a $30 plan before I get a data plan. The data plans are just addable to your regular plan."

Hmmmm I'm with Rogers.
Didn't need a $30 plan for data as far as I know.
Used to have a BB curve and peral.
BBM is free to BB users.
Had no data on the peral but still had BBM.
It's just a perk from BB to talk to other BB owners.
