Yes a ringback tone is the song the person hears when they call instead of the standard ringing. I believe you have to go to your carriers website to buy them, im not sure though i never cared what the people called me heard.

I don't know, but on my Android phone, all I have to do is click "Edit Contact" and there is an option called "Ringtone". From there I am ale to just choose a specific ringtone. Smile
