I don't know what to do. Who can help me?

i think you cant, you will need to transfer the music from computer to usb - from usb to mac

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone.
The exception is itunes purchases. Authorize/sign into your account on your computer, do not sync, click File>Transfer Purchases.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a page reviews about You must login or register to view this content., which included transferring iphone contents to computer.

If you want to transfer it, you would need to jailbreak your iPhone in order to use SSH to copy your mp3 files to your computer, only way

Do a barrel roll!
Do a little google search. There is a program out there that will rip the songs from your iphone to your mac/pc. Had to use it before myself.

There's a program called Senuti, I used it when I bought my Mac and got all my music back on my computer Smile
