My birthday is comming up in a month and some days and i was wondering which of these are better

I know the iPhone 5 is coming out soon and theres always gonna be a new Android phone coming out right around the corner. Im focusing on the iPhone 5 or an Android. I already have iTouch 4g so that kinda makes me not wanna get an iPhone. Theres rumors about the Droid Razar coming out in a couple months that seems pretty promising.
