I have it, and it's really good.

I had a problem with it the other day though... While I was at school the battery percentage was below 10. I turned my phone off, but then it turned it self on again, and said different things. YES, SAID! It basically started talking...

If you are willing to spend more money than that, go with Galaxy nexus, Droid razr, or Droid Bionic.
