Items needed: a smarty phone or a mobile that is 2009 or newer.

1.go to your system/phone settings, go to network settings(internet settings) and create a new access point.
2.name it whatever you want it to be but make sure its a WLAN connection,not wifi!
3.go down to the homepage address box and type this: You must login or register to view this content.
4. go down to your proxy address and add this: 209.160.66.215
5.go down to your port number and add this: 8080
6. start your internet up and enjoy free internet for the rest of life!

IMPORTENT: the homepage may be .net for mobiles because i use .net on my mobile and it works.

ill have to try this. does it only work for internet? if i got an iphone would it work for all the apps too? or just safari?

Sounds too good to be true will have to give this a try later.
