also do you know why i task kill apps and a few seconds later i have to re task kill them even tho i havent even used those apps

i did use it but i downloaded some app that caused my phone to light up when i didnt touch it lol
so i reset my phone to stop it and it worked but lost all contacts. stupid yes lol.
some apps will always be running it depends on your apps and phone settings. sorry i could not be more of a help
