He called me about an hour later and told me that His iPhone says that its charging like this v You must login or register to view this content. But when he unlocks it, it says its not charging. Also, when he try's to talk on the phone it wont let him talk unless he's on speaker phone. Its kinda important to get this fixed as soon as possible because its his work phone. Any help?

The first thing I would try is restoring the iPhone to the latest iOS and seeing if that fixes it.
