Seems legit... right? So when I go into private match, It lags as if executing the CFG, but no matter how many times I try it never opens.. Can someone help me? Is my PS3 USB slot broken?

Which menu are you using? and have you tried a different menu?.
If that doesnt work try getting a different CFG infection. Too check if you USB slot is broken try putting a song on it and going to music in the XMB and load a song from the USB Stick.

but try putting it on the right port of your ps3's USB Port and try someone else's infection because I know for a fact sometimes the cfg infection in some patches can be codded wrong I had to edit a patch soooo many times to get that infection to work but I got it. Other times it can be that the cfg infection is designed for a specific menu but I'm not quite certain on that! but yes it's most likely the infection try getting the infection from someone else.

MY ps3 right usb slot is broken the bottom part of the usb fell off but the metal stayed i have to put piece of tiny cardboard so it push down the pins to the usb thumb drive it works but somtimes it gets lose i do the cfg infection then it lags on me every time i push select up until i move my usb so the pins work and then it shows my menu it is probably your usb.

It's not the infections, it might be something with my PS3 because I brought my USB to my friends house and put it in his PS3 and everything worked FINE Guess I might just need a different Playstation? :\





It's not the CFG's, as they ALL load in Split Screen, the problem is going online. When I go online nothing happens it just lags and the LED on my USB lights up like it's being accessed, but nothing happens

Dude I don't think your playstation should stop it from working... hmmm when you went to your friends house did you get the infection from the same guy? because I'm still thinking it could be the infection (speaking from experience) I would try to host the infection for my friends and it would never work until I fixed it.

Yeah, I always get it from this guy and it used to work, just about a month ago it started doing this now I decided to take action.
