You need to be the host of the lobby to use the menu properly.
Since ur using MadGamer's v9 he should have a force host option somewhere in his menu...
try looking for "Force Host" in the menu and click that option while in a private match then go online and you should be able to become host so you may use the mod menu properly.

i have resolved, was the desert eagle that made me crash.
