I don't use cfgs. But I am pretty sure the game must be on a DISC. I could be wrong.

What you should do is plug usb (with menu on the root of it ) into the right hand port. Then go into mw2. Join someone who will give you cfg. It should change what the map picture should be into code and say like /dev/usb000 then go to split screen and select a save then go into game options and turn on psn unlocks. Then start game and open menu. Then go online and open the menu in a game.
