like what exactly did they patch?

1.11 is coded in .GSC
1.14 is coded in .CFG
There is a huge difference between them.

The GSC Files are precompiled in the self thats why 1.11 patches don't work on 1.14(Might not be the most 100% answer) as far as i know you would have to rewrite the self so gsc patches would work or something like that tbh though no one is ever going to do that so if you want gsc mods on 1.14 i'd just go with a sprx menu
