This is your first Tool?
Please dont be mad but its really useless in my Eyes. Open Windows Editor and make it is easier than to make it with your one.
You Tool saves only Textfiles with the extension ".cfg" not more....
It is my Opionion, some other guys might be like it

Would me useful if it offered more than Notepad ++, Maybe add colours to common functions like set, vstr, toggle, etc.
Maybe make it a bit easier on the eyes, keep to a certain colour scheme and keep it throughout your program. It will make it look more professional.

i was gonna comment that this tool looks like it has no effort but since you decided to say that. i will say well done looks better than over tools that has taken longer.
