1. MW2 Is old and unplayable.
2. Backups
3. I wouldn't know I use SPRX MENU's..
4. Look on YouTube and if the patches don't have good EB you can edit them to your liking.

For backups I would just recommend using a loader so you can add and modify to your liking.
