TEXT TUTORIAL:
1. Plug your USB into PS3.
2. Go to Saved Data Utility and copy your MW2 gamesave To Your USB.
3. Now Plug Your USB To Your PC.
4. Download this gamesave -- You must login or register to view this content.
5. Then copy the file and overwrite the current save - your USB/PS3/SAVEDATA/BLUS OR BLES.
6. Now plug your USB Back into your PS3
7. Go to Saved Data Utility and copy the MW2 save from your USB to PS3
8. Now start up MW2 and resume campaign
9. Save and quit.
10. Goto two player online and press O when on the map selection screen. (You should have a checkerboard instead of map)
11. Invite a friend and when they join, start the game.
12. Quit that game and select any map of your choosing

Infections
DPAD UP=Noclip
DPAD DOWN=Godmode
DPAD LEFT=Notarget
DPAD RIGHT=Drop Weapon

Toggle1
DPAD UP=Game Speed
DPAD DOWN=Jump Height
DPAD LEFT=Lazer Sight
DPAD RIGHT=Unlimited Ammo

Toggle2
DPAD UP=3 Round Burst to Fully Automatic
DPAD DOWN=Default Weapon
DPAD LEFT=Gold Desert Eagle
DPAD RIGHT=Wallhack

Speed
DPAD UP=Sprint Speed
DPAD DOWN=General Speed
DPAD LEFT=Backward Speed
DPAD RIGHT=Strafe Speed

Vision
DPAD UP=Unused
DPAD DOWN=Candy
DPAD LEFT=Unused
DPAD RIGHT=Freezes all PS3s in Lobby

You put that in the folder of your gamesave on your usb flash drive i just tried this and it still works
