Hey Ngu, This is just a preview of my first Menu base i have been working on it still has a few bugs so im just trying to fix them before release i hope You like it and PLEASE give me some feed back on what to do/change

I think you should change the style. Too many bases/patches look like that now. But good work.

Why not while the menu is active set client dvar ui_hardcore 1? (Or g_hardcore even though it wouldn't matter.) It would look a lot cleaner.
