Yes you can. Go on Seb5594's tool & download the EBOOT.BIN. Put it on your USB & in MultiMAN put it in Mw2 game BLUS30377 (USA, yours may be different) > USRDIR > Paste. Replace the previous EBOOT.BIN then go play.

Or the easier way is to do what he did and use filezilla ...just incase u dont a USB
