I Remember JokerRey had this problem a while back, when he was making i think his v2 he had white water an his 2.5b and basically the patches were basicaly the same, and it must have confused the patch or something, and on the 2.5b it auto admined everyone in the game, unfortunately i dont know how he fixed this but maybe theres two files which are fairly simular and can just execute the one file from both patchs :L i really dont know but meh worth a try maybe

Look for anything that say exec than any text you don't recognize that might be your issue.

What base are you using for your patch? Maybe have someone else add the gamemode for you, see if you have the same issue.
