Since we are in a "debating" mood, how is this the wrong section? isnt this "mw2 mods, patches, and tutorials" section? Was it not a "patch" question? Anyways, yes you can use 1.13.

Download 1.14 update, and replace patch_mp.ff with the 1.13 one.
