If someone would make a save editor like the BO1 and WAW ones then you could just add that code...
The CVAR tool only lets you put the dvars in there ..

so it is impossible with the cvar tool BTW not talking about online

yes it is impossible unless you contact the creator and ask him for the Decryption Code so you can make a software to allow you to decrypt it and inject your custom code into it ...
