1) Start mw2
2) Quit mw2
3) put mw2 in the microwave for 30 seconds
4) start mw2
5) shout out of your window which patch you want the mw2 to have and it will work

OMG!, thank you ActionMods this really worked for me, im now hosting my best leech cfg!!!.
the microwave is now my bestbuddy he got me to mod mw2!!!!

no you are not able to mod the game with a patch_mp.ff unless you have a jailbroken system!!!
