find a menu base of your liking then fine your self a CODE browser and a ZONE handler HxD HEX editor, look around the site and youll find every thing you need,or google it

2 programs i quite like is nightmare .ff and mw2 1.14 code finder, with nightmare just open the patch you want to edit, edit, save, rename, great for noobs like you and I, and code finder just makes life easier

i have the cod fast file tool ? would that work ?
im just trying to edit like the basic things not the whole patch just spams/ and messages thats all but i dont know how to edit them

yep as i said above nightmare .ff you, open the patch and search till you find "say" menu and edit to your liking, PM me if you want a more detailed explanation
