uhm i prefer IELITEMODZX menu base. I say this because it uses \n overflow fix and is the best way to go.

Why don't you just make your own?

first it depends on wheather you are making a GSC or a CFG patch. The best menu base for both would be one you make your self, but laziness comes into effect with GSC menu bases because they are way harder. Plus the base that is the best depends on your opinion. last you should make your own base to be different.
