I dont know about XBOX ... and for PS3 you need a 3.55 JB PS3 Upgraded to 4.21 REBUG and then you need to make a CEX to DEX Conversion using Rebug Tool Kit you will also need a Debugged EBOOT for the Game you r going to RTM on

yes u can real time edit on xbox it been on xbox like the past year or longer
