i'm just guessing, but probably IW wouldn't fix a broken game when they have the other ones to care too!
EDIT: no its not / won't be for long... Sony has patched the bypass so it will bring it down from most modded game to a normal game i think... until someone makes a new bypass or something

I know for a fact that on PS3 there are people with all times UAV hack and more. Although aim botters I don't know. I know for a fact on the Xbox there aren't things like that in random games.
