(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a 4.21 Rebug DEX ps3, whenever I do RTE or if I put a patch on my ps3, it usually ends up freezing every time during or after the first game.

Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried deleting the MW2 Patch then reinstalling it?
