I do everything right, connect, attach process, and then load the menu but when I start the game, it doesn't say "Project Reborn Loaded". I've only gotten it to work twice before like I said but I am doing the same thing. I am able to use other tools perfectly fine, I don't understand what's wrong.

you cant have a modded patch on at all just original update 1.14

Its because you have a modded patch_mp.ff. You need a fresh 1.14 Install and then debug eboot. Then it will work
