Im wondering how to host button_default.cfg infection lobbies? I know how to use infections by joining one of these lobbies, but Im wondering what is required to set up these lobbies to have other people join? Do you need a jailbroken ps3?

Its simple, all you need to do is join *one of these lobbies* and go to splitscreen to activate the infection, after that back out to private match and then what you need to do is open up your menu and you should have a *infection menu* inside your menu, and you need to find a option called either CFG or buttons_default or something like that... once you choose this option end the game, and once your in the lobby you should see that your map is modded saying something like "ui_mapname \""mp_rust;bind BUTTON_BACK exec ../../../dev_usb000/buttons_default.cfg", so now people can you join and take the infection, and you dont have to host cfg there is other options, hope this helped you out =D
