yes you can go online if you datatranfer and no wanting to go to dex but if you on dex just install the pkg for the update you want put the patch on and sign in if you not console ban. 1.11 you can do 1.11 1.12 1.13 1.14 patch . 1.14 can only have 1.13 and 1.14 patches because gsc was removed from the patch.
