(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); after I delet the default_mp.self after I click multiplayer it kicks back to XMB please tell me why or help me omehow thanks

ownload Mw2 1.14 UPDATE
STEP 2 : Delete Default_Mp.self
STEP 3- INSTALL MW2 1.11 PATCH
STEP 4 - GO ON MW2.
