(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have install package under system settings, can i install anything to host a mw2 bypass menu?

If you download a kiosk Firmware , no.
You need to be on a 3.55 CFW or on a 4.xx CFW installed From 3.55 or Another CFW, In Order to install package files.
