hi so what you should do install comgenies awesome file manager through install package filemanager heres download link: You must login or register to view this content.

after you install that on your ps3, start comgenies awesome filemanger then there will 2 lists. on the left sided list find your usb wich should be called something like "usb000" or something like that then open up your usb and hover over the patch, then go over to the right side of the to lists then scroll down to dev_hddo then once your in the dev_hddo dirrectory go to the game directory it is literally called "game" once your in the game directory find your mw2 it will be named BLUS30377 or something else if your from a other country besides usa. once you select the mw2 game (blus30377) go to "USDIR" once your in the "USDRIR" you will see the originall game patch then hover over it. once your hovering the original game patch move back to the right sidded list of codes then you should be hovering over the modded patch.. once your hovering over the modded patch thats on your usb press CIRCLE then press START then you should have SUCCESSIVELY installed a mw2 patch
