Well cfg is not a menu its a file extension. Patchs are just a file the compresses multi files to load 1 . Ex : zip/rar. The best ff viewer for a 1.14 patch would be the one that come with the zone editor. T_m0 something. 1.11 can be open with it but I like to use nightmare on a 1.11 patch.
