Hello, I've recently went from a 3.55 Kmeaw to a 4.53 Habib CFW. Here is how to successfully mod Modern Warfare 3.
1.)Jailbreak your PS3 with Habib 4.53 [Via Storage Media].
2.)Install Multiman 4.50.
3.)Open Multiman.
4.)Once Multiman is opened, scroll to File Manager.
5.)Download an EBOOT.BIN, and put it on your flashdrive.
6.)Go back to your ps3, and click both the hddo flashdisk and hddo mw3.
7.)Copy the eboot from your flash to the ps3.
Note: This will only work with multiman 4.50 or above

i don't know if your new or something but this is one of the easiest things to do on a jail broken PS3.
