I had this for a long time, MW3 is full of kids freezing lobbies.

The eboot contains:
Unlimited Ammo (Host), because the Anti Freeze takes the ammo.
Works with sprx: "MW3.sprx"

Just use a resigner then a sprx builder to add your SPRX plugin into the EBOOT then resign the EBOOT back up to a .BIN file from .ELF file
