Mw3 ive never encountered precisely a serverside mw3 ban, but i will look into and report back shortly of what i find that might answer your questions

From mw3 servers, its kinda wired if i play without a modded eboot i don't get the error msg but when i try to load up the game with a modded eboot i get the error the mw3 servers are currently unavailable, iv been console banned before could that be the reason why im getting this message??!! I could post a video if it could help more!!
